  59. Transport: Transport was an orderly affair with the Kenya Buses that were readily available at bus stops with a specific time table. Perhaps someone would love to see parking meters return and say goodbye the county council officers!
  60. The Cameraman: What about that camera man who used to take family photos? The delayed gratification the photos brought once the camera man returned with a bundle of them and their negatives! Then there were games like kati, shake and hopscotch.
  61. Confectionery: Remember the goodygoody – the brilliantly named toffee that got stuck in your teeth? Others include, coo, tropical and pussycat gums.
  62. Toys: Kenya doll was the best ever. A beautiful doll with gorgeous African American features made by Tyco she was black and came with a ton of beads and hair lotion. Another was the soft-bodied baby doll named Baby Kiana who came with hairstyling products like little ribbons, twister and clip barrettes.
  63. Major competitions: The Winner car competition that took place between 91 and 92. It begun in Boomerang, to Ainsworth and concluded at KICC. With some of Kenya’s best dancers Paul Cracker Munyao , Yellow Man, Soukouss Party, Jam City, Yellow Dude, Rare Watts and Kanda Kid.
