As it were, a human being is a social animal and therefore must form relationships with other humans. A human being wants to associate with others. This is called living. Living has many facets and can be quite complex when it involves other humans. That is why humans create laws, rules, tenets etc to govern their interactions. These are not enough. You still need a lot of soft skills to navigate the sea that is human relations.

Social interaction is further complicated when opposite the opposite sex is involved. Most human beings are attracted to the opposite sex. They enjoy the company of the opposite sex even though their needs and desires are so diverse.

Moreover in human relations, when it comes to love, then it is a whole new kettle of fish.
