I have noticed that although my eggs don’t hatch, inside they have fully formed chicks. What could be happening? What is wrong with the incubator?

Check humidity. If humidity is high, the chicks are growing too big for space. In this case, two things will happen.
1. The chick occupies and displaces the “air-space” thus suffocating itself.
2. When the chick is too big they cannot move to a position to peck and break out of the shell.
Solution: Reduce the Relative humidity to below 50% between the 10th and the 18th day.
