STEP I: E-wallet Registration
Login to: https://epayments.nairobi.go.ke
Click on Sign up and fill in the details requested i.e Name, ID No, Ema il Address and Create E-wallet Pin.
STEPII: TO TOPUP YOUR eJijiPAY ACCOUNT
Option I: M-Pesa
-
- Go to M-pesa Menu
- Lipa na M-pesa
- Select Pay Bill
- Enter business number: 147147
- Enter account number which is your phone number e.g. 0722xxxxxx
- Enter amount
- Enter M-pesa PIN
You will receive a confirmation message from M-pesa.
OPTION II: Airtel Money

- Go to airtel money
- Select make payments
- Select pay Bill
- Select Other
- Enter business name: 147147
- Enter amount and confirm the details
- Enter airtel money PIN
- Enter reference which is your phone number e.g. 0722xxxxxx
Large Amounts:
Load your account through:
a) Stanbic Bank (RTGS)
b) Co-operative
c) Family Bank
OPTION III: TOP UP YOUR ACCOUNT VIA RTGS AT STANBIC BANK
Follow these simple steps

- Bank name: – CfC Stanbic Bank
- Account name: – JAMBOPAY CUSTOMER WALLET
- Account number: – 0100004299714
- Branch: – Head office (001)
- Reference: – 07xxxxxxxxxx (should be the mobile number of the wallet being topped up).
STEP III: PAYMENT
NEW APPLICATION
Visit: epayments.nairobi.go.ke

- Sign in with your phone Number and e-wallet Pin
- Select Nairobi County loading Zone menu Item
- Select Loading Zone
- Enter the details requested and click on “Submit button”
- A county officer will approve (if the zone is available & if it qualifies) or Reject.
- Once approval is done, you will receive a notification through SMS
- Click on Pay Loading Zone menu and Enter Bid
- The details are displayed for confirmation
- Enter your e- wallet Pin to make payment
- Print receipt
RENEWAL
Visit: epayments.nairobi.go.ke
-
- Sign in with your Phone No and E-wallet Pin
- Select Nairobi County loading Zone Menu Item
- Select Loading Zone application or renewal
- Select Business Name and submit
- Update customer’s details
- The details are displayed for confirmation
- Enter your e-wallet Pin to make payment
- Print Receipt
